What is Mission Growth?

Mission Growth™ is a facilitator-led group of up to 15 women from non-competing businesses who meet for ½ day every month to address their business issues.

It's like having your own virtual board of Non-Executive Directors on tap to offer support, ideas and hold you accountable for the actions you choose to take.

Focus on the “bottom line”

Each group is structured to give you opportunities to focus on issues that affect the performance of your business. You gain new insights and learning from the experiences of other group members that will help you address existing business issues and those that may arise in the future.

High quality facilitation

All of our facilitators are carefully selected and trained in our Mission Growth™ process. They know you will be focused on getting value from your investment of time and money, and use this as their guiding principle when supporting members at the meetings.

Support from others you trust

Our groups have confidentiality high on the agenda which helps to build trust. As a result, members feel comfortable to share their issues with others from non-competing businesses.

Shared perspective

Women can find it hard to juggle many responsibilities whilst running a business. Members find that there is empathy within the group, so they feel comfortable to talk about their challenges and share insights on how to tackle them.

Access to network of advisors

As you grow your business you may need to get advice on specific business topics from people you trust. We provide access to our network of specialist contacts built up over many years, so you can get straight to the best person to help you.

Learning together

Knowledge is the ingredient that makes your business unique and no Director knows it all. To help you develop new skills and knowledge we run quarterly speaker events featuring leading-edge business experts. These incur a small additional charge and can also be attended by employees within your business.

Our credentials

Since 1997 Mission Possible has been helping business women across Europe to unleash their potential by providing coaching, networking events, workshops and inspirational presentations.

Our founder, Sue Stockdale, is well-known and respected in the women’s enterprise community. She was the first British woman to walk to the Magnetic North Pole, has represented Scotland in athletics and is author of Secrets of Successful Women Entrepreneurs and Kickstart your Motivation. Sue is a member of the government advisory group on women’s enterprise in the South East and South West Regions.

Where are the meetings held?

Mission Growth™ meetings are held in the local premises of our sponsors: Barclays and Kleinwort Benson.

Can I become a member?

We welcome membership applications from women that satisfy the following criteria:

You are a major decision maker or the majority owner of the business
Your business has been trading for at least one year
Your annual business turnover is under £500,000
You want to grow your business
You are willing to be open within your group and share knowledge and experience
You are committed to regular attendance at meetings

Membership Fees

Our annual membership fees are £599 + VAT for 12 facilitated meetings, monthly newsletter, access to our specialist advisors, online member forum, website resources and discounts on speaker events for you and your staff.

That's only £50 + VAT per month - which enables you to get input and experience from your peers on business topics like marketing, finance and PR.
