How to leave your customers wanting more....

Have you ever stepped into your customers shoes and considered the experience they have when they interact with your business?   If they have a fantastic experience the likelihood is that they will come back time and time again, recommend you to all their friends and ask about what other additional products and services you offer. Lara Mattinson has run two businesses where great service is the key to customer loyalty.  She will share her tips and advice on how to create a memorable experience for your customers when they interact with you.

Lara Mattinson, Phoenix Trading

Lara’s realised how important great service was when she set up Global Travel UK from her ‘lounge’ and developed the business in to a thriving high street Independent Travel Agents.   With the challenge of motherhood, she sold the travel agency to care for her young children and then became a Phoenix Trader to run the business around her family.  Lara now has a rapidly growing direct selling business in its fourth year with a large team covering England, Australia and New Zealand, and is excited about the forthcoming launch of Phoenix Trading into America next year.

The Mission Possible Network

The Mission Possible networking group at the University of Bath in Swindon helps you build relationships with other like-minded business women, in a friendly and supportive environment.  We strive to ensure you leave the meetings with a greater level of enthusiasm, enhanced knowledge and new business contacts.  Our commitment to quality is demonstrated through gaining the Prowess Flagship Award for best practice in businesswomen’s networks in 2006.

What Members Say

Mission Possible has helped to connect me with other business women that face the same issues as I do within my business. In doing so, both my business and I have benefited with support and encouragement.  The structure of the networking meetings differ from many others that I have attended in that you are receiving information, support and guidance, whilst developing lasting business contacts. With Mission Possible there is no pressure to buy others goods or services, the atmosphere is relaxed and inclusive.

Donna Rogers, Den Boer Wines

The Format

Generally the first and last ½ hour of each meeting is normally devoted to informal conversation and facilitated introductions.  It\'s useful to bring business cards, any promotional materials about your business and  lots of enthusiasm for your business.

Creche can be arranged by contacting Swindon Childcarers on 01793 328849.
