This evening is devoted to discussing the question of success and helping you to understand some of the key ingredients that can help you to achieve success within your business.
Nici Marx, International News Journalist and Presenter, Sky News, BBC World and CNN will interview two highly successful individuals to uncover their experiences and insights, and then you will have a chance to discuss the issue with other attendees to gain new insight, learning and inspiration. The learning will surprise you, delight you and may cause you to re-examine your own ambitions.

Nici Marx, International Journalist and Presenter, BBC World, Sky News and CNN

Nici Marx is a journalist and presenter with extensive experience as a news anchor and reporter on national and international radio and television. She has anchored news and current affairs programmes for three of the biggest networks: the BBC, CNN and Sky News. As a presenter for BBC World TV, Nici handled some of the toughest news assignments, bringing breaking news stories to audiences across the globe, and interviewing leading figures from the world of politics, business and finance. Her investigative reporting has taken her to Europe, the Middle East and Asia, where she has explored regime change, religious ideology, and the socio-economic implications that result from both. Nici has written and presented a series on the Arts for BBC television, produced and presented Crossing Continents for BBC Radio 4, presented the Farnborough Airshow for BBC1 and BBC2, and HARDtalk for BBC News24. She has hosted numerous debates for BBC television and CNN International. Now a consultant and media trainer, Nici spent several months working for the EU in the Palestinian Territories, and currently puts senior personnel from the public and private sectors through their paces in handling media interviews. Sarah Steel, Founder, The Old Station Nursery

After leaving the army to become a full-time mum to her second child, Sarah set up her own business - The Old Station Nursery. Unable to find suitable childcare in her local area, Sarah decided to take matters into her own hands. Following months of juggling family commitments with market research and endless efforts to secure suitable premises, The Old Station Nursery was born. Seven years later, Sarah's enterprise has gone from strength to strength, with the company now running thirteen nurseries across the UK. The company have won numerous awards and Sarah won Business Mum of the Year award in 2007. She recently took part in the Krypton Factor, and is author of All Aboard, a book of exciting activities and recipes to engage and inspire children of all ages.
